Eligibility: Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in the automobile service field at a mid to senior level managerial position. Preferably worked as an assistant workshop manager in an existing automobile dealership and handled day to day running of the entire unit. Prior industry experience is required and prior experience in handling labor force is crucial in overall management of the after sales service at a dealership.

Job description: Manage the entire service operations of the dealership including spare parts and body shop. Will be judged in improving turnover, customer satisfaction, handling labor and contractors, increasing paid and accident jobs ratios etc. Will have to set labor and workshop targets and work closely with senior management to maximize turnover, at the same time achieving customer satisfaction through CSI and SSI initiatives.

Aim to maximize profitability of the dealership by keeping close control over costs and increasing revenues through various channels; Will have to handle after sales manpower in the dealership including recruitment, training and day to day queries. Candidate will report directly to CEO, directors and manufacturer on a regular basis.

Salary Range: As per industry norms.
